Howard Barrie
President & Director
With over 39 years of experience in the geophysical industry, Howard was the president and co-owner of Terraquest Ltd, a Canadian-based, world-class provider of airborne geophysical surveys.

He established a reputation for delivering high-quality services with a personalised approach, resulting in a strong referral business and long-lasting client relationships.
Glen T. Penfield
Director & Chief Geoscientist
Glen has 45 years of broad-based professional experience in hydrocarbon and mineral exploration, geophysical contracting, project management, and business development in North America, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America.

He has extensive expertise in integrated geological and geophysical interpretation as well as directing the processing and interpretation of geophysical surveys. He has proven hydrocarbon and mineral finding successes, working with foreign governments and national oil companies as well as major trade show coordination and mentoring of geoscience talent.

Glen led several multi-company World Bank-funded projects, coordinating the effort with specialists from multiple disciplines.
​
He has an international scientific reputation, as author of numerous geoscience papers during his career and for the discovery of the K/T impact crater Chicxulub on the Yucatán Peninsula in Mexico.
Mark Askey
Director & COO
Mark has over 35 years’ experience in the resource industry internationally for both service companies and exploration operators. He has qualifications in geophysics (BSc. Hons.) and reservoir engineering (MEng.).

As a technical and management consultant Mark worked for several major oil and gas operators including Exxon Mobil, Saudi Aramco, Shell, Chevron, SASOL, Talisman, Repsol, and Oil Search in Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan, Indonesia and Papua New Guinea.

He has an extensive background in the industry during his career development, including a career with Schlumberger oilfield services, during which he performed many technical roles in both geophysics and instrument engineering in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Pacific. Then later in his career, he performed a range of project and regional technical management roles.
